What Is Soapstone Intensive?
Our flagship offering, the Soapstone Intensive, is a 3.5 hour session that combines into a seamless whole the three primary modalities of our practice: intuitive counseling, energy psychology, and body-based energetic release therapy.
In the course of the Intensive, you will work with SIHA's three practitioners who combine the three modalities into a single, powerful, multidisciplinary approach to help you achieve rapid progress in dealing with an issue that you know to have been holding you back.
How Does It Work?
You'll start the day with Mimi Ratner who'll use her experience and intuitive faculties to identify and bring to the surface the root causes of the problem. You will continue with Mark Sullivan, who will drill down with EFT. The day will conclude with energy rebalancing with Izabella Tabarovsky in a Healing Touch session aimed at deepening and integrating the insights gained throughout the day. You'll leave our office feeling lighter, brighter, unburdened, with new power and skills to continue the work on your own.
It is the loving, compassionate, heart-based focus of three practitioners working with you individually and in concert that increases the healing possibilities and helps create the biggest change.

What's Next?
Depending on the outcome of the intensive, you may choose to continue the work on your own or come back for individual sessions with one of our practitioners. Healing is an evolutionary process: as one emotional block clears, another may present itself. A variety of tools and approaches may be needed to be used to achieve the ultimate result.
